Careful use of things that are good for you and avoiding those things that are bad for you. We must learn to be especially temperate with our time: for ourselves, our family and others. Intemperate people have a lot of stress. Dr. Hans Selye (a French Canadian considered the world's expert on stress) tells us 3 simple things to eliminate nearly all stress in our lives: be thankful, help others, have meaningful work. We will take a closer look at each of these and learn how to break bad habits.
